Project Based
GreenMind can assist project teams create high-performance healthy green buildings. It is vital to the success of any high-performance green building that project teams have a centralized team member or group manage the green building process so that owners have the information to make data-driven decisions as a project progresses.
We work on both Commercial and Residential projects around the world. Our experience ranges from Habitat for Humanity Homes to $10 billion Multi-use projects. With each engagement we strive to make green building easier for our clients.
Product Based
We can align your companies' environmental goals to your marketing and communication goals and enlighten your sales team to project that to your customers.
Our service offering focuses on making the manufacturer connect better with their customers. We typically begin working with the marketing group to bring an insight into the market for green products and what the design and construction community are looking for. We then work with our clients to help better define the communications that are going out to the current and potential clients.
Once the messaging and technology is in place to enhance our manufacturers' interaction with the marketplace, we then deliver training and sales coaching to the sales force. By providing them easy to digest training, we keep them up to speed with the ever-changing dynamics of the industry, while not overwhelming them with overly technical issues. Once a foundation of understanding has been set, we then provide sales coaching and development that them better position their products in the marketplace.
